Erik A. Graney

Erik Graney started with Schwartz Law Firm as a law clerk in May 2005, took the bar exam in July 2006 and was offered a position with the firm and came on full time in October 2006. He was admitted to the Federal Bar in 2007. Mr. Graney graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan where he was involved in the Law College's Rental Housing Clinic where he helped clients with landlord/tenant issues. During law school, he also found himself busy at the Law School's Small Business-Non Profit Clinic where he advised clients regarding business start ups.

Erik's specialties are commercial litigation, contract dispute, insurance defense including No-Fault and employment law cases. Enjoying a challenging career and helping his clients was Mr. Graney's reason for pursuing a career in law. Knowing that I'm providing something that my clients value is what Mr. Graney finds most gratifying about being an attorney.
